All products are made to order. Most orders take between 5 to 6 weeks to produce. Made to measure, Printed or Heavy Rubber orders may take up to 10 weeks. During Peak times orders can take slightly longer. Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline. A rush production fee and/or shipping fee may apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the intimate nature of our latex garments, they are final sale with no returns or exchanges.
We are happy to answer any questions before you make your purchase. If you are concerned about sizing we will do our best to recommend a size for you. We also offer a made to measure service to ensure your garment fits perfectly.
In the unlikely event that your garment is received with a manufacturing defect, our items come with a 10 day exchange option. Please contact us immediately and we will review the claim. If the garment is deemed exchangeable the goods must be returned in their original unworn condition. Shipping is your responsibility. Goods will only be accepted if they are returned as new, i.e. have not been worn, must not be covered in talc, pet hair or smell of perfume, cigarette smoke and must have tags and labels still intact. We will exchange the goods for the same size and colour. Shipping will not be refunded.
If any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense. We are confident in the quality of our work and want our customers to be completely satisfied.
We have a warranty on our garments against defects in workmanship. House of Etiquette reserves the right to determine what defective workmanship is and if we will repair or replace the garment. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Warranties will be considered Void on garments that have been damaged or ruined due to neglect. Please open packages carefully to avoid cutting/slicing garments.
Please note we will not be responsible for returned items lost in the mail back to us, so we suggest you use Special Delivery or a Shipping method with tracking or insurance to safeguard yourself.
We ship worldwide using Canada Post.
We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order. Your garment will be shipped wrapped in white tissue.
If the garment is a RUSH, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and something can be arranged. A fee will apply to rush orders depending on time constraints.
Please ensure you track your package and are available to receive it.
Pick up at studio Hours Monday-Friday 10:30-4:30pm. We will coordinate a pick up day/time once your order is ready.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. You are 100% responsible for these charges. Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred fees will be your responsibility.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered to you. Please make sure your mail can be safely received.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US.
